November Goals


Hey guys!

I was thinking of creating a list of goals for each month. I'm starting with this month since I didn't think of it last month. At the end of the month, I'll be reviewing these goals marking out the accomplishments and the not accomplished. So here are my November goals! :)

Fitness:
  • Workout for at least 30 minutes everyday 5 days a week.
  • Do Zumba at least once a week
  • Stretch everyday
  • Be able to do the splits
  • Do yoga everyday
Diet:
  • Drink 2 liters of water daily
  • Eat a wider variety of veggies (add lettuce into vegetables for lunch - cafeteria food)
  • Eat more fruits
  • Snack less (esp. when not hungry)
  • Eat less candy and chocolate
  • Eat less carbs
School:
  • Do better in Mandarin class
Weight loss:
  • Get weight down to the 40s (49 is ok)
  • Take tracking photos at the end of every week (but no posting online)
  • Get waist down to 26in. in (currently around 27)
Personal:
  • Go to bed by 10:00
  • Have at least 15000 rupees (at least get 1400 though)
  • Write at least 3 book reviews (been slacking on that)
  • Do the memes! (have been skipping them all)
  • Finish wolf cross-stitch
  • Bonus: Start reading the Percy Jackson series!
